These terms govern your use of the Men's Health GP Australia website and telehealth services, operated by Westergaard Pty Ltd (ABN 22 663 084 900).
Men's Health GP Australia provides telehealth consultations with AHPRA-registered General Practitioners. Consultations are conducted via secure video call. We are not an emergency medical service — if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000.
Our services are available to adults (18 years and over) who are located in Australia at the time of consultation. You must provide accurate personal and medical information during your consultation.
Information on this website is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Individual treatment decisions are made during your consultation with a qualified GP based on your specific medical history and circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular treatment outcome.
Medications are prescribed only where clinically appropriate following a thorough medical assessment. Our GPs exercise independent clinical judgment and may decline to prescribe if they determine it is not in your best interest. Electronic prescriptions (e-scripts) are sent to your phone and filled at any Australian pharmacy at standard prices.
Initial consultations are $99 and follow-up consultations are $39. Payment is required prior to your appointment. Medication costs are separate and paid directly at your pharmacy. We do not offer Medicare rebates — all consultations are privately billed.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
