Yes. Telehealth consultations with AHPRA-registered doctors are fully legal and regulated in Australia. Our GPs follow the same clinical standards, RACGP guidelines, and TGA regulations as any in-person practice. Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate after a proper assessment.
Initial consultations are $99 and follow-ups are $39. There are no subscriptions, no memberships, and no lock-in contracts. Medication costs are separate and paid directly to your pharmacy at standard prices — we don't mark up medications or bundle them into plans.
Private billing lets our GPs spend proper time on complex men's health issues rather than working to 6-minute Medicare consult economics. You get a longer, unhurried consultation focused entirely on you. All consultations are privately billed — we do not offer Medicare rebates.
Where clinically appropriate, your GP sends an electronic prescription (e-script) to your phone as an SMS or email link — often before the video call ends. You take it to any Australian pharmacy, or use an online pharmacy that delivers. It works exactly like a paper script.
Yes. Consultations are conducted over secure, encrypted video. Your medical records are stored in an Australian-hosted practice management system in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Card statements show "Westergaard Pty Ltd" — not "Men's Health GP" — so your billing stays discreet. We never sell your data.
We focus exclusively on men's health: testosterone deficiency and TRT, erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight management, and premature ejaculation. Because we specialise, our GPs deal with these conditions every day.
Yes. TRT requires at least two fasting morning blood tests confirming low testosterone, plus a broader panel (LH, FSH, SHBG, PSA, haematocrit and more). Your GP issues the pathology referral, you attend any collection centre, and results come back to us — usually within a few days.
Our GPs exercise independent clinical judgment and only prescribe where it's genuinely appropriate. If medication isn't right for you, your GP will explain why and discuss alternatives — lifestyle changes, further investigations, or referral. You're paying for honest medical advice, not a guaranteed script.
